    BJ's Brewhouse

I like beer more than the average guy. Having traveled the world and tasted more flavors and regional variations than most, I have to say there isn't much beer out there that I turn my nose up at (except maybe Koff from Finland, which gives a killer headache after just one beer - yeah, just one).

BJ' Brewhouse has been in San Antonio quite some time and having had friend that worked there, I've been to both Stone Oak and Rim locations a few times. The beer is good (although it doesn't hold a candle to my favorite, Freetail) and the food is excellent. It's a bit steep as far as prices go, but as brew-pubs and microbreweries took off in America, so did the prices.

Definitely worth a try if you like seething beyond the typical Coors Light and a sandwich at tour favorite chain. Check out the California Burger, you won't be disappointed (I recommend swapping the pepper jack cheese out for some Cheddar).
