Giant Trees Take Over The Planet!

    Img_0337

On my monthly ride aboard the International Space Station, I took some photos of the Earth below and was shocked as I looked through my lens to see these mega-trees, the size of continents, taking over the world below me.

Ok, I'm not that crazy and although I'd love to go into space, I must admit, I've never been...

Toying with a new iPhone app I downloaded called AutoStitch, I came up with this photo. Savvy readers of "I saw it in San Antonio." might recognize something familiar about the photo - the curvature of the Earth is actually an effect caused by "stitching" photos (twelve of them) of the sky from my balcony together - the curve is actually the arched covering of my balcony.

So yeah, I've never been to space - who wants to go?

  • Matt Stigliano's Space

While traveling through San Antonio as a real estate agent, I come across a lot of interesting sights. These are just a few of them.
