Would it kill you to throw that away?

Yes, that's trash on top of the trash can. Inches away from an almost empty garbage bag. Ugh.
We recently started recycling in my complex (about time) and I'm hoping they'll include this mailroom trash (since it's all
paper). I need to stop by the office and find out.
